Answers / Customer and financial data

Is AvianSuite safe for customer and financial data?

Yes. Customer records and books are what AvianSuite is built for: the data is encrypted and isolated, every agent's access is scoped and revocable, and no agent can erase what came before.

How the data is protected

EncryptionThe contents of every event are encrypted with AES-GCM before they are stored. Connections use HTTPS.
IsolationEach workspace runs as its own Stellar Jay process with its own data key and credentials.
RolesCredentials are reader, writer or admin. Give an agent that only answers questions a reader token.
Revocable accessEach agent connection is listed in the app, and you can revoke one without touching the others.
Nothing erasedAgents append. A correction is a new entry that points at the old one, so a wrong change to an invoice or a customer record never destroys the original.
Tamper-evidentEvery event is fingerprinted and chained, so a rewritten history is detectable.

The risk that matters with agents

With agents, the most likely damage is an authorized agent writing the wrong thing at machine speed: a loop that overwrites a hundred customer emails, or an import that posts the same invoices twice. AvianSuite stops both. Retries land once, conflicting writes are refused instead of overwriting, and undo_changes reverses one agent's work in a time window.

Built for financial records

Magpie, the built-in books, keeps accounts, journals, invoices and payouts on the same store. Imports are keyed by external IDs, so the same export imported twice doesn't double-post, and every posting stays attributed to the agent that made it.

Your own security requirements

Read the security page and the open-source code to see exactly how data is stored. If your policies require data to stay inside your own infrastructure, run Stellar Jay there; it's free and uses the same tools. For a security questionnaire or a specific requirement, email [email protected].
